Anand Swarup Bhatnagar

Overview

Mr. Anand Swarup Bhatnagar is M. Tech. (Computer Science), MBA (finance), Diploma (Operational Research) and Diploma in (Business & Industrial Management). He is a Technocrat turned Banker with over 37 years of experience in Banking and Financial services, e-Governance & telecom sectors. He has held the position of Head of operations for over 25 years, in various sectors. He has been a part of two transformation projects, one in the Banking sector and another one in Telecom sector.

He has total experience of over 43 years. He is a freelancer consultant (from Jan 2012 till date) for Supporting Quality Council of India for their Certification Bodies Audit in Performing Information system Security Audit and QMS in India and Abroad. He was a member of a Technical committee for IT standards at Bureau of Indian Standard at New Delhi, Consultancy for ISMS 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 implementation and documentation requirement. He is having audit experience of over 500 hours of auditing certification bodies with Accreditation from different countries.

He was a Vice President at HCL Infosystems and handled a Project worth over USD 500bn ( 2007- till Jan’12. He was a Chief Officer to General Manager & Vice President & Bank of Rajasthan (now ICICI bank) (1991- 2007). Head of state operations in Rajasthan. Managed over Rs 15000 crore business through IT. Successfully handled the transformation Project from Legacy banking software to core Banking software in a live environment in over 400 live branches with business over 15000 crores. Managed the established IT operations of over 400 all India business centers. Responsible for managing other divisions including Risk-based supervision.

He has attended different pieces of training in different O/S and RDBMS at HCL – Noida, UNIX, C, Unify, LAN at NIIT – Delhi, Oracle & C at CIStems – Jaipur, etc. In his achievements, he has SILVER CIO award by Enterprise Connect 2005 from Cyber India Online (CIOL) and Dataquest for the year 2005 and represented computerization committee Of Indian Banks Association for two tenures of 3 years each.

N.K. Grover

Overview

Mr. N. K. Grover is Masters in Microbiology and carries with him a vast experience of over 35 years in the Bureau of Indian Standards. He has worked in the fields of Quality testing, Standard Formulation, Product & System Certification, and Training. He has coordinated the work of International Committees of ISO and Codex Alimentarius Commission at the International level. He has to his credit, the establishment of the Food Microbiological Testing Laboratories in BIS.

At International level, he has attended various meetings like Session of Codex Alimentarius Commission on Pesticides Residues at Fortaleza, Brazil in 2006, the South Asian Regional Seminar on ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems at New Delhi in 2006, ISO Subcommittee on ‘Social Responsibility’ at Sydney, Australia in 2007 and ISO Subcommittee on “Quality Management and Quality Assurance-Quality Systems” at Helsinki, Finland in 2007.

He attended an extensive 10-week training programme in Food Microbiology at the Laboratory of Government Chemist, Teddington, London, U.K. in 1991. He is a Qualified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (IS 15000). He has conducted several audits as per these Management Systems.

Mr. Grover is also a good experience and dedicated faculty for various type of training programmes on Quality, Food Safety, HACCP and Testing and Calibration Laboratories. He is a training faculty for Bureau of Indian Standards training institute also. He is also an independent Advisor to the food industry in solving their Quality Issues & adhering to the regulatory requirements as well as establishing Food Safety Management System as per ISO 22000:2005 and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system as per IS 15000:1998. He has conducted over 100 training programmes on the above subjects.

He was a member of an Expert Committee Constituted by the Agricultural Promotion and Export Development Authority, New Delhi (APEDA) to study the status of Hygienic Conditions in the Meat Processing Industry in India for Export and a member of an Expert Committee Constituted by Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, New Delhi to study the status of Hygienic Conditions in the Slaughter Houses in the country exporting meat and meat products, member of the Central Committee for Food Standards, Ministry of Health, Government of India and also member of the advisory committee of Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India.

Dilip Kumar

Overview

Mr. Dilip Kumar is M. Sc. in Bio-Chemistry from BHU, Varanasi and Diploma in Management from IGNOU. He has over 38 years’ experience. He Joined Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), a National Standards Body (NSB) of India, in 1979. During the tenure, he worked in almost all activities of BIS, which include product & management system certification, laboratory services, training services etc. and in between, he was posted as Consultant (Quality), on deputation in APEDA, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India for a period of one year.

Mr. Dilip is a qualified and trained Lead Auditor for Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (IS 15000), Lab Management System (ISO/IEC 17025) and Quality Management System for Public Service Organizations (IS 15700), Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000). He is an expert in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and auditing Hall Marking Assaying Centers. He has conducted many audits against these Management System Standards.

He is qualified, trained & experienced faculty for Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (IS 15000), Lab Management System (ISO/IEC 17025) and Quality Management System for Public Service Organizations (IS 15700), Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000) and has conducted over 500 training programmes for Industry, PSUs, Govt. etc. & delivered lectures on these subjects.
